Civil Supervisor (UAE National)

We are currently seeking a Civil Supervisor (UAE National), reporting directly to the Head of the Department to join our team based in UAE, Abu Dhabi.

About the mission we offer you:

Location: Ruwais, UAE
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
Nationality: UAE Nationals only
Employment Type: Full-time – Site-based

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily civil construction activities on site.

• Ensure work is executed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor progress and report any issues, delays, or deviations to the Site Engineer/Construction Manager.

• Support quality inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.

• Maintain daily site records including manpower, materials, and work completed.

• Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and promote safe working practices on site.

Qualifications & Requirements

• UAE National (Emiratisation role).

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in civil site supervision or related field.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a relevant discipline (preferred).

• Basic understanding of construction drawings and site methodologies.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site-based schedule.
