Civil Engineer (G+12)

MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a talented Civil Engineer (G+12) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning and execution of various construction projects, specifically high-rise buildings in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations. This position requires comprehensive expertise in structural design and project management to ensure quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design and implementation of G+12 construction projects, ensuring adherence to approved plans and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce compliance with safety and building standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project efficiency and resolve design or construction issues.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, progress updates, and documentation for submittal to relevant authorities.
• Optimize engineering processes to improve productivity and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical support to project teams as needed.Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Valid G+12 classification provided by Dubai Municipality and UAE Society card.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on high-rise buildings in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with engineering software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.Benefits
