We are currently recruiting Cabin Crew to join our growing team, with base opportunities available in:
• Dubai, UAE (DWC)
• Malé, Maldives (MLE)

Responsibilities
• Welcome guests on board and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the flight
• Perform safety demonstrations and explain emergency procedures to passengers
• Offer and provide in-flight meals, drinks, and any other services required by passengers
• Handle emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness on the aircraft before and after every flight
• Assist passengers with any special needs, including children and elderly passengers
• Communicate effectively with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure smooth operationsRequirements
• At least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in another language is a plus
• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items, such as luggage, with ease Benefits
Our package for the Bahrain (BAH) base is currently in development and will be communicated to shortlisted candidates once finalised. The table reflects our current packages for MLE and DWC bases.
During the initial six week training programme, salary is fixed at USD 1,500 per month, regardless of base. Accommodation and transport are provided during this period. All variable allowances become payable only upon successful completion of training.
For MLE base, company accommodation is provided.
For DWC base, a monthly accommodation allowance is provided, as company accommodation is not available at this location.
In addition to salary and allowances, we provide:
• Comprehensive international medical insurance
• Staff travel benefits, including ID50 and ID90 tickets for employees and eligible family members
Requirements
- •At least 21 years old
- •High school diploma or equivalent
- •Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- •Customer service experience preferred
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- •Physically fit and able to lift luggage
