Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager based in the UAE, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and engaging potential SME clients in the UAE market.
• Developing strategic plans to acquire new customers and foster long-term relationships.
• Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting on sales metrics.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends and customer needs.
• Representing FlapKap at networking events and industry conferences. Requirements

Qualifications and Skills Required

• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, particularly within the UAE market.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Deep understanding of the SME landscape in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven personality.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
