Develop and administer field sales plans and processes to achieve revenue growth, enhance customer retention and acquisition, and increase lead conversion for a defined geographic region, product line or market segment in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies

In this Experienced Business Support Field Sales position
- Under supervision support field sales plans and processes to achieve revenue growth, enhance customer retention and acquisition, and increase lead conversion for a defined geographic region, product line or market segment
- Comply with established procedures to implement field sales activities for increased and profitable sales on new and existing accounts
- Classify basic information for sales presentations, bids, etc., provide product/ service information and follow up on quotes to close business with the prospect
- Follow up with relevant local management to coordinate customer requests and products/ services that are being promoted
- Assist in reporting inside sales, and provide information on competitors and suppliers to product management
- Comply with established procedures, instructions and processes without making changes to them business Development
- Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Generate and qualify sales leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and solution-selling discussions.
- Achieve agreed revenue, volume, and gross profit targets. Account Management
• Maintain and develop relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer business needs and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular business reviews with assigned customers.
