What is this Role?

As a UAE-Based Business Development Executive, you will be a crucial player in driving FlapKap's growth. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and acquiring high-potential SME clients throughout the UAE using innovative and data-driven strategies. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on outreach, whether through direct calls, personalized emails, social media engagement (including platforms like Instagram and Google Maps), or visiting clients in Dubai when warranted. You'll be selling a transformative financial product in a market ripe for change. This fast-paced and demanding role offers immense rewards, creative opportunities, and one of the best commission structures in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and qualify SME leads across the UAE market through digital tools and data insights.
• Implement clever multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone calls, emails, social media, etc.).
• Manage the entire outbound sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Keep CRM updated with pipeline metrics, status updates, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the UAE-based team for smooth handovers, onboarding, and client success.
• Provide input on ideas, strategies, and market insights to enhance the sales process continually.Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Strong research and digital prospecting abilities (Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
• High resilience and work ethic; comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude.
• Knowledge of the UAE market is a plus but not mandatory.
