About the Role

Ready to drive the expansion of a premier name in Dubai’s short-term rental market? HAVN Holiday Homes is looking for a high-octane Business Development Associate to spearhead our portfolio growth. Based in Dubai, you will be the engine of our acquisition strategy, turning property leads into successful partnerships. This is a role for a hunter, someone who understands the holiday home ecosystem inside and out and has the grit and network to scale our inventory at pace.

About Havn Holiday Homes

HAVN is a Dubai based holiday homes management company specializing in short term rentals across prime locations across the city. We help property owners maximize rental income while delivering seamless, high-quality stays for guests through hands on management and genuine hospitality.

We offer end to end services covering property onboarding and DTCM licensing, professional photography, listing and pricing optimization, marketing, guest relations, housekeeping, and ongoing maintenance. Our goal is to remove the complexity of short-term rentals while ensuring consistent performance and compliance.

HAVN manages a growing portfolio of fully licensed properties across key areas including Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Dubai Hills Estate, Business Bay, Jumeirah Village Circle, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, and Dubai Creek Harbour. Our homes range from studios to multi bedroom apartments, all maintained to meet strict quality standards.

Our people first approach focuses on clear communication with owners, responsive guest support, and careful property upkeep. Operating in full compliance with Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism, HAVN combines boutique level service with professional operations to deliver reliable results and peace of mind.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Scale the Portfolio: Consistently secure 8–10 new units per month, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality properties.
• Master Outreach: Execute a high-volume outreach strategy, including cold calling, door-knocking, and digital prospecting to find untapped opportunities.
• Build an Agent Network: Develop and nurture deep relationships with real estate agents across Dubai to ensure HAVN is their first choice for referrals.
• Own the Pitch: Conduct property viewings, present our management models to owners, and handle the sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to effectively position HAVN's value proposition.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the team to identify and close partnerships with property owners and developers for bulk unit acquisitions.What We're Looking For

• Sector Specialist: 2–4 years of experience in Business Development specifically within the Dubai Holiday Home market.
• The "Hunter" Mindset: A proactive professional who thrives on cold calling and outreach; you don't wait for leads to come to you.
• Relationship Driven: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine rapport with HNW property owners and real estate agents.
• Result-Oriented: A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
• Mobile & Ready: Must be based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving license, this is a field-heavy, on-site role.
