Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance company offerings.
- Lead and manage the business development team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business development strategies.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and potential partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
- Experience in the mobility or transportation industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
