Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Associate HS&E Specialist ( Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to showcase your skillset on a large scale construction project here in Riyadh, working within the SAPL PMCM Team and directly managing a large, multi-discipline contractor.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting daily site visits to monitor actions and conditions in both Health & Safety and Environmental fields.

• Reviewing contractor HSE documents, RAMS, submittals etc. and advising on same.

• Liaising with contractors to monitor HS&E issues and concerns, and improve their performance.

• reporting all site activities through the digital reporting system and mentoring contractor staff in its use.

• Assisting with the administration of the digital reporting system.

• Conducting HS&E and Welfare Compliance/Walkthroughs and following up any issues or concerns raised, through to satisfactory closure.

• Conducting training sessions for SAPL, contractor and Client personnel.

• Assisting in Incident Investigations and Reports.

• Deputise for Seniors in their absence.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roles, specifically within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

• Professional Certifications: * NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate) is mandatory.

• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety or IOSH Managing Safely.

• What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Incident Investigation Training.

• A drive and determination to improve and be promoted to next level.

• A good command of all Microsoft Office Suite applications.
