ASSISTANT MANAGER - OPERATIONS & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT (Emirati Talent)

• Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth execution of tasks and achievement of departmental objectives.

• Monitor operational performance and SLA compliance, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

• Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

• Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, eliminating bottlenecks, and implementing operational enhancements.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent recurring operational challenges.

• Ensure compliance, quality assurance, and risk management by maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

• Analyze operational data and perform reconciliations to identify discrepancies, ensure data accuracy, and support informed decision-making.

• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses to provide insights on operational performance and business outcomes.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, to address operational issues and ensure effective communication.

• Manage projects and operational initiatives, monitoring milestones, tracking action plans, and supporting system and automation implementations.
