Job Description
We are seeking a Saudi National to join our team as an Assistant Accountant, who will be responsible for executing core financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, ledger management, reconciliations, and compliance. The role ensures financial accuracy, timely reporting, and supports decision-making through financial insights. This position demands precision, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure within deadlines.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and ledgers.
- Coordinate daily accounting-related operations to support warehouse department activities.
- Manage general ledger entries, ensure journal accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and customer accounts.
- Support payroll processing and inter-department cost allocations.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
