• Prepare and present design proposals, including renderings and specifications to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to oversee the execution of architectural plans.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of design projects.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and materials.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English
