- بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية.
- خبرة في شركات المقاولات.
- خبرة عملية في المناقصات والعروض الفنية وحساب الكميات.
- خبرة في التعامل مع منصات تقديم المناقصات الحكومية والخاصة.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات والمواصفات وتحليل نطاق الأعمال.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
- مهارة عالية في Excel وإعداد التقارير والمستندات الفنية.
- الاستعداد لزيارة المواقع عند الحاجة.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- •Experience in contracting companies
- •Practical experience in tenders, technical bids, and quantity takeoffs
- •Experience with government and private tender submission platforms
- •Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- •Proficiency in Arabic and English
- •High skill in Excel and report preparation
Nice to Have
- •Willingness to visit sites when needed
Responsibilities
- •Prepare and submit technical and financial bids through approved platforms
- •Review tender documents, blueprints, and technical specifications
- •Prepare quantity takeoffs (QT) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- •Prepare and review technical offers and required documents for competitions
- •Conduct field visits to inspect work scope and requirements
- •Coordinate with relevant departments and prepare technical files for tenders
