Role :
β’ Member of the Wealth Management Platform and Capabilities team, responsible for driving business transformation and delivering new projects involving the development of IT and digital Platforms. The role also supports the launch of new products, enhancements to existing offerings and processes, and the introduction of new delivery Channels and backend systems. Additionally, the role includes handling customer inquiries and conducting outbound calls to promote different Wealth Digital products.
Location : Abu Dhabi
Key Accountabilities of the role
Demonstrate strong teamwork while ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timelines
β’ Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks
β’ Prepare IT projects related to documentation, including SOWs, BRDs, and RFPs
β’ Conduct UAT and support testing across different environments
β’ Provide support for production systems and implementation activities
β’ Deliver operational support to both back-office and front-office teams
β’ Perform outbound calls for customer support and engagement
β’ Handle customer inquiries and respond to email communications promptly
β’ Conduct outbound calls to promote Wealth Digital Products
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

- Ability to work in a fast-moving and complex environment while meeting deadline
- MS application knowledge
Requirements
