Warehouse Supervisor

AlBorg Diagnostics is on the lookout for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient handling of medical supplies and equipment. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse processes, and leading a team to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless supply chain operations in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective processes for receiving, storing, and dispatching items.
• Ensure accurate and timely receiving of goods, including verification of quantities and inspection of quality.
• Maintaining stock in main, sub, area store not exceeding approved quantity
• Review the availability of each item to ensure that the stock is enough to cover its consumption
• Ensure all received goods meet the required standards and specifications.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the integrity and safety of stored items.
• Maintain accurate documentation for his warehouse transactions and activities.
• Performing periodic inventory by physically counting and making sure that it's matching with systemRequirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and supply chain processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to warehouse operations.
• Previous experience in medical laboratories warehouse
• Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamic 365 software
