Warehouse Receiving Specialist

Role Summary: Responsible for Timely Inbound documentation and systemization of all material supplies in alignment with Shipping/Logistics Team.

• Retrieve Expected Receipt file through Shipping/Logistics as notification for upcoming shipments

• Communicate and align shipment inbound timelines with receiving Team Leader and allocate resources for offloading shipment

• Prepare shipment documents and handover to Team Leader for checking of items details and temperature excursions

• Review each shipment document and Temperature data loggers for excursions, by using Temperature tool for each effected product

• Create NC in system in case of any discrepancies or Temperature excursion

• Support Inventory Supervisor for Credit-note from Origin in view of qualification criteria for damaged/short or other inbound discrepancies

• Create inbound/Material GR in Oracle against the shipping documents

• Prepare summary of daily inbound activity and share with relevant stakeholders across the business

• Maintain records and archiving for all inbound shipments and ensure efficient traceability in the SharePoint

• Coordinate with Planning team for shipment with special cases like high volume, urgency and others, and align with Inbound Team Leader for arrangement of resources and overtime for late shipments and exceptions

• Ensure shipment GR is completed in system within 24 Hours of arrival

• Perform RMA in system in coordination with Fulfilment Team

• Assist Inventory manager in reporting data for all relevant activities

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, logistics or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of work experience in Medical, Pharmaceutical or temperature-controlled Warehouse operation.
• Proficiency in Excel
• ERP or Warehouse Management System (WMS) exp. is a plus.
