Warehouse Coordinator - Saudi National - Riyadh

Job purpose of Warehouse Coordinator is to ensure on time delivery to customers as well as Imdad other branches, keeping records and proof of deliveries against each single transactions, reporting below minimum stock level as well as making sure that physical stock is tally with system stock based on executed documented transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling daily warehousing tasks and operations according to Supply Chain P&P, SOP and KPI’s.
• Contributing in achieving Supply Chain strategic goals and objectives.
• Coordinating with other departments involved to ensure smooth operations and on time delivery.
• Ensuring Imdad drivers, labors and Delivery Vehicles are representing professional appearance and proper image of Imdad on daily basis.
• Sharing daily stock count report with warehouse supervisor on daily basis.
• Ensuring high accuracy of inventory and items balance is matching with system balance. Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree.
• Minimum 3-4 years in a similar position (In medical related industries is preferable). Required Skills :

• Strong interpersonal skills required in the areas of verbal and written communications, customer focus, professionalism, negotiating, and team building.
• Proficient in the use of MS office, and other softwares such as : ERP , Microsoft Dynamics.
• Good Awareness of warehousing tasks.
• Customer focus, professionalism, negotiating, and team building Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent follow up skills.
• Time Management.
