Warehouse Assistant

Job purposeTo assist in the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods or spare parts, while maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring proper handling of materials, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency and safety.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist in container de vanning – paste case labels on the offloaded boxes and clean the container after offloading.
• Assist store clerks in their activities (Sorting, Binning, Picking, Inspection & Packing)
• Support in loading & unloading of containers / delivery vehicles.
• Support during stock count at PDC and at branches.
• Accompany delivery vehicles as and when required to unload materials at customer’s premise.
• Support in housekeeping activities as per the requirement. Educational Qualification
• High School / Higher Secondary level Work Experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry, with knowledge of inventory handling, stock management systems, and safe material handling procedures.
Competencies
• Physically fit as work involves heavy lifting activity.
Languages
• Should be able to speak Hindi and should be able to read numbers in English.
Requirements:
• Diploma
• 2–3 years’ sales experience (automotive preferred)
• Strong communication, selling, and customer service skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
