Lobby Lounge Waitress
Are you elegant, attentive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a relaxed yet refined setting? We are looking for a Lobby Lounge Waitress who will provide warm, professional, and personalized service to guests while creating a welcoming lounge experience.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
• Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they are comfortably seated in the lobby lounge.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and serving them promptly and professionally.
• Providing detailed information about menu items, beverages, and promotions.
• Ensuring tables, seating areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and well presented.
• Handling guest requests, feedback, and basic service recovery with courtesy.
• Coordinating with the Bar and Kitchen teams for smooth and timely service.
• Clearing tables and resetting them efficiently for the next guests.
• Following hotel service standards, SOPs, and hygiene guidelines at all times.
• Supporting the team during peak hours and special events.
What we need from you:
• Previous experience as a Waitress or F&B Attendant, preferably in a hotel lounge, café, or restaurant.
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
• Well-groomed appearance and confident communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements
