This exclusive venue is known for its exceptional service and high-end dining experiences, and we are looking for individuals who are dedicated to providing outstanding food and beverage service to guests.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience by delivering impeccable service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and demonstrate a passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings
• Take and serve orders promptly and accurately
• Ensure that tables are set up according to the highest standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and make adjustments as necessary
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactionsRequirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a guest-focused mindset and a positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant hospitality training is an advantage
