Job Purpose:
- Lead the execution of marketing and communication initiatives to support FAB Asset Management’s retail and institutional sales objectives
- Enhance brand visibility and awareness through consistent messaging, campaign management, and digital presence in alignment with Group brand standards
- Coordinate product marketing, collateral development, and client communication, ensuring alignment with investment and distribution teams
- Support events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives that position FAB AM as a leading regional asset manager and trusted investment partner
- Live and demonstrate the FAB AM valuesKey Accountabilities:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, and financial communication
- Ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear and engaging marketing content
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across internal teams and external vendors
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills with attention to brand and compliance standards
- Ensure marketing materials and client communications comply with CMA and ADGM regulatory requirements
- Liaise with Group Corporate Communications and Legal for brand alignment and content approvals
- Maintain marketing budget tracking and ensure efficient use of resources
- Support internal communication initiatives to strengthen FAB AM’s identity and culture
- Contribute to periodic management reports and dashboards summarizing marketing activityQualifications & Experience:
