Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and postoperative care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and DOH requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in vitreoretinal surgery and participate in continuing education and research activities. Requirements
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of residency training in Ophthalmology.
• Fellowship training specialized in Vitreoretinal Surgery.
• Valid and active Department of Health (DOH) license/registration.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in vitreoretinal surgery.
• Excellent surgical skills with proficiency in advanced vitreoretinal surgical techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams.
