Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisĂ© par les MinistĂšres français de l’Europe et des Affaires EtrangĂšres, du MinistĂšre de l’Economie et des Finances et du MinistĂšre de la Transition Ă©cologique et de la CohĂ©sion des territoires et qui permet Ă  Airbus d'offrir Ă  de jeunes professionnels la possibilitĂ© d'acquĂ©rir une expĂ©rience rĂ©munĂ©rĂ©e et valorisante Ă  l'Ă©tranger, dans un mĂ©tier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critÚres d'éligibilité de Business France. Principaux critÚres d'exigibilité du VIE :

  • Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union EuropĂ©enne (plus NorvĂšge, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplĂŽmĂ©(e) ĂągĂ©(e) de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E peut dĂ©buter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuviĂšme anniversaire)
  • Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.
  • Être impĂ©rativement inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant les 28 ans

Missions et responsabilitĂ©s :

Poste d'analyste marketing

L'organisation Airline Marketing recherche des analystes dynamiques et talentueux pour renforcer et assurer l'avenir d'Airbus Marketing dans le monde.

Le poste sera basĂ© dans la rĂ©gion  avec une pĂ©riode initiale Ă  Toulouse pour la formation. Le bureau rĂ©gional est responsable des clients dans sa rĂ©gion.

Vous participerez au programme d'initiation au marketing, qui comprend une formation de 3 à 4 mois suivie d'une formation en cours d'emploi et d'un mentorat, pour vous doter de tous les outils, du réseau et des compétences nécessaires pour réussir dans le domaine.

Le rÎle consistera à soutenir l'analyse des campagnes de vente sur un certain nombre de comptes avec le soutien des membres de l'équipe senior.

Vous serez rattaché(e) au Head of Airline Marketing pour la région.

Le rĂŽle pourrait se concentrer sur la commercialisation d'avions ou le portefeuille de services d'Airbus.

Tùches et responsabilités

Assurer la perception optimale du produit Airbus par le client par rapport au concurrent comme une étape clé pour le succÚs de la campagne de vente et maximiser la reconnaissance de la valeur de la solution Airbus.

  • Travailler en Ă©troite collaboration avec le directeur marketing sur les comptes assignĂ©s pour fournir une analyse marketing convaincante, une argumentation et des prĂ©sentations influençant l'Ă©valuation de l'avion d'un client et sa dĂ©cision d'achat.
  • DĂ©velopper une comprĂ©hension de tous les aspects des exigences d'une compagnie aĂ©rienne, des moteurs d'activitĂ© des compagnies aĂ©riennes, de l'Ă©volution des exigences de la flotte et du rĂ©seau, des modĂšles de gĂ©nĂ©ration de revenus et de bĂ©nĂ©fices.
  • Fournir des performances d'avion et une analyse Ă©conomique sur Airbus et les avions concurrents pour les comptes assignĂ©s.
  • DĂ©velopper des documents appropriĂ©s qui dĂ©montrent la supĂ©rioritĂ© d'Airbus dans la rĂ©alisation des besoins des clients.
  • PrĂ©senter et interagir avec le client ainsi qu'avec les membres de l'Ă©quipe senior
  • Fournir des commentaires internes et soutenir les amĂ©liorations des mĂ©thodes et des outils de marketing.
  • Interagir avec d'autres domaines du marketing / Airbus pour amĂ©liorer l'analyse et l'argumentation marketing.
  • Être proactif, crĂ©atif, axĂ© sur le client, axĂ© sur le travail d'Ă©quipe, innovateur et avoir un esprit combatif.

Description of the job

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

  • European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday) ● Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any
  • Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28 For more information: https://mon-vie-via.businessfrance.fr/ (in English, German, Italian and Spanish) The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.

A VIE for a Airline Marketing Analyst  has arisen withinAirbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Dubai.. You will join AME Marketing Team.

Tasks & accountabilities

The Airline Marketing organization is seeking dynamic and talented Analysts to strengthen and secure the future of Airbus Marketing worldwide.

The position will be based in the region, with an initial period in Toulouse for training. The regional office is responsible for customers in the aforementioned region

You will participate in the Marketing Induction Program, which includes 3-4 months training followed by on-the-job training and mentorship, to equip you with all the tools, network and competencies required to be successful in the field.

The role will involve supporting sales campaign analysis across a number of accounts with the support of senior team members.

You will be reporting to the Head of Airline Marketing for  the region.

The role could focus on marketing aircraft or the Airbus portfolio of services.

Tasks & accountabilities

Ensuring the optimal customer perception of Airbus product relative to the competitor as a key  step for sales campaign success, and maximizing value recognition of the Airbus solution.

  • Work closely with Marketing Director and marketing managers on assigned accounts to deliver convincing marketing analysis, argumentation, and presentations influencing a customer’s aircraft evaluation and purchasing decision
  • Develop an understanding of all aspects of an airline requirements, airline business drivers, evolving fleet and network requirements, revenue and profit generation models
  • Provide aircraft performance and economic analysis on Airbus and competitor aircraft for assigned accounts
  • Develop appropriate documents that demonstrate Airbus’s superiority in realizing customer’s needs
  • Present to and interact with customer along with senior team members
  • Provide internal feedback and support the improvements of the marketing methods & tools
  • Interact with other areas in Marketing/ Airbus to enhance marketing analysis and argumentation
  • Be proactive, creative, customer focused, teamwork oriented, innovative, and have a fighting spirit

Required skills

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Business preferable
  • Experience in Marketing or B2B sales (experience in data analysis would be a plus), not consumer marketing
