The Vice President – Legal oversees the legal affairs of the entire organization and leads the Legal Department in advising on matters related to corporate governance, healthcare law, contracts, litigation, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and labour law. This role is responsible for developing legal policies, ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and healthcare regulations, managing legal risk, and representing the organization in dealings with government authorities and external counsel.
