Vice President – Corporate Strategy

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the development and execution of Rakbank's enterprise strategy and transformation agenda.
• Partner with business and support functions to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and other corporate development opportunities.
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, business cases, and investment recommendations.
• Coordinate due diligence and cross-functional workstreams across business, finance, risk, legal, compliance, and technology teams.
• Prepare Board, Executive Committee, and senior leadership presentations and strategy papers.
• Monitor strategic initiatives, track progress, identify risks, and provide recommendations for successful execution.What We're Looking For:

• 7-12 years of experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, Private Equity, or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to solve complex business challenges.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• MBA, CFA, or other relevant postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable.Skills:

• Strategic planning and business performance analysis.
• Corporate development, M&A, partnerships, and investment evaluation.
• Financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and business case development.
• Market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessment.
