Venture Capital Senior Specialist

The Venture Capital Senior Specialist supports venture capital investment activities by conducting detailed analysis, assisting in deal execution, and contributing to portfolio monitoring. The role plays a key part in preparing investment materials and supporting senior team members in decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and evaluation of venture capital investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling, and market research.
• Assist in due diligence processes and preparation of investment materials.
• Develop investment memos, presentations, and analytical reports.
• Support execution of investment transactions and coordination activities.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare periodic updates.
• Track market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities.
• Assist in stakeholder coordination with founders, startups, and partners.
• Support investment documentation and reporting accuracy.
• Contribute to improving investment processes and analytical tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or investment analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of startup ecosystems and investment processes.
• Experience in due diligence or investment research is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
