Venture Capital Manager

The Venture Capital Manager is responsible for supporting venture capital investment activities, managing investment evaluations, monitoring portfolio performance, and contributing to the execution of investment strategies. The role works closely with leadership and investment teams to identify and assess high-potential opportunities within the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and evaluation of venture capital investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence activities.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and analytical reports.
• Support investment execution processes including negotiations and documentation.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare performance updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with startups, founders, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Track market trends, emerging sectors, and innovation opportunities.
• Support strategic partnerships and ecosystem engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout investment processes.
• Contribute to improving investment evaluation methodologies and reporting practices. Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in venture capital, investment analysis, private equity, or investment advisory.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
• Good understanding of startup ecosystems and investment processes.
• Experience conducting due diligence and investment analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
