Venture Capital Assistant Manager

The Venture Capital Assistant Manager supports venture capital investment activities by assisting in deal sourcing, investment evaluation, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring. The role works closely with senior investment professionals to help execute investment strategies and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and screening of potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in conducting financial analysis, market research, and due diligence.
• Contribute to preparing investment memos, reports, and presentations.
• Support execution of investment transactions and coordination activities.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare periodic updates.
• Assist in building relationships with founders, startups, and ecosystem partners.
• Track industry trends, market developments, and innovation opportunities.
• Support evaluation of business models and investment viability.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during deal processes.
• Assist in improving investment processes, tools, and reporting standards. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or investment analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Understanding of startup ecosystems and investment fundamentals.
• Experience in research, valuation, or due diligence is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
