Job Description
Uniform Room Attendant
This position is responsible for issuing, collecting, cleaning, organizing, and maintaining staff uniforms to ensure all team are properly dressed according to company standards.
- Issue clean uniforms to staff according to schedules and job roles
- Collect soiled uniforms and ensure timely laundering
- Inspect uniforms for cleanliness, damage, or wear and report issues
- Maintain accurate records of uniform inventory and staff assignments
- Organize and store uniforms neatly in the uniform room
- Coordinate with the laundry department for washing, pressing, and repairs
- Assist with uniform fittings for new employees
- Ensure uniform room cleanliness and organization at all times
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Support other housekeeping or laundry duties when required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is an advantage
- Basic record-keeping and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
