As a Brand Experience Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of brand experience and activation initiatives for Electric Mobility, with a strong focus on the BYD brand. The role supports vehicle launches, in-showroom and out-of-showroom activations, and customer engagement activities that enhance brand visibility, customer experience, and lead generation across the UAE.

What you will do:
    • Support the planning and execution of launch events and post-launch activation campaigns
    • Assist in developing immersive in-showroom experiences across multiple showrooms
    • Support out-of-showroom activations aimed at driving awareness, test drives, and customer engagement
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver brand experience initiatives
    • Support customer journey mapping to ensure a seamless and engaging experience
    • Assist with timelines, activation calendars, and stakeholder coordination
    • Support reporting on campaign performance, engagement, and effectiveness

About the team:
You will be part of the Electric Mobility team, working closely with marketing, operations, and partner stakeholders to support the growth and positioning of the Electric Mobility brands in the UAE. The team focuses on delivering impactful customer experiences through engaging activations, consistent brand messaging, and innovative launch strategies.

What equips you for the role:
    • Previous experience or exposure to events, activations, brand experience, or marketing support roles
    • Understanding of customer experience and brand engagement concepts
    • Experience supporting campaigns or projects from planning through execution
    • A hands-on attitude with the willingness to learn and grow in a brand-led environment
    • Experience in the automotive, lifestyle, or retail sector is an advantage
