Position Overview

Seeking a high-performing Emirati graduate to join our Strategic Consulting team, supporting senior consultants in delivering strategic advisory services to clients across various sectors. This role provides exposure to business strategy, market analysis, and client engagement while developing core consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic analysis and research for client engagements across real estate, corporate, and public sector projects
• Assist in market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking studies
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations under senior supervision
• Conduct data analysis and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making
• Participate in client meetings and workshops as part of project teams
• Support business development activities and proposal preparation

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.3/4.0 (or equivalent)
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years relevant experience
• UAE National with Family BookCore Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Research and data analysis capabilities
• Client-focused mindset with professional presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship in consulting, banking, or corporate strategy
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC business environment and market dynamics
• Basic understanding of financial analysis and business modeling
• Project management or leadership experience
