Overview Of The Role:

• The Service Advisor role is a crucial bridge between the customer and the brand, aiming to ensure an excellent aftersales journey that leads to high customer retention and revenue achievement. The Service Advisor is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets through effective upselling and service delivery. This role requires excellent customer handling and communication skills, as well as the ability to work extended hours to meet targets and commitments.
What You Will Do:

Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Actively engage with customers through consultation on needs and service requirements, ensuring the vehicle is fixed right the first time.
• At the time of vehicle delivery, ensure the customer receives a detailed explanation of all work performed and costs to illustrate the value-addition of services rendered.
• Effectively manage customer complaints to satisfactory closure, sustaining and improving Customer Service Value and Net Promoter Scores.

Sales and Revenue

• Achieve financial objectives by upselling and controlling discounts to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Ensure active compliance to all Standard Operating Procedures, Company policies, and Distributor Programs to ensure consistency in the customer experience.

Interdepartmental Coordination

• Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure timely progress updates of vehicles to customers at all times, maintaining on-time delivery commitments.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a service role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Fluent in English and basic Arabic speaking ability.
