About the Role
JLL is seeking talented UAE National graduates to join our Project and Development Services team. This graduate position offers an exceptional opportunity to launch your career in the dynamic commercial real estate sector, working on high-profile development and construction projects across the UAE. You will gain hands-on experience while contributing to projects that shape the built environment of the region.
Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate in Project and Development Services, you will support senior team members across various aspects of project delivery. Your responsibilities will include assisting with project coordination activities, helping prepare project documentation including reports, schedules, and presentations, and supporting cost management activities such as budget tracking and expenditure monitoring. You will conduct research and analysis on construction materials, methods, and industry best practices, participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, and assist in liaising with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders under supervision.
You will also help maintain project files and documentation systems, support the preparation of tender documents and contract administration, contribute to quality assurance processes and compliance checks, and participate in team meetings and client presentations as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field from an accredited university. Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles, familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, with Arabic language skills considered a strong advantage.
Personal Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and organizational abilities, eagerness to learn and develop professionally, ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, and adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
