To assist the Litigation Managers in handling, managing and addressing litigation cases relating to: 1) any non-performing borrower in the commercial / corporate portfolio of the Bank; and 2) cases filed against the Bank and / or cases filed against any of the Group companies (under the direct supervision of Unit Head, Group Litigation) to ensure the bank’s interests are fully protected
Requirements
- •UAE National only
- •Experience in handling litigation cases for non-performing borrowers
- •Experience in managing cases filed against banks or group companies
Responsibilities
- •Assist Litigation Managers in managing and addressing litigation cases
- •Handle cases relating to non-performing borrowers in the commercial/corporate portfolio
- •Manage cases filed against the Bank and/or Group companies
- •Ensure the bank’s interests are fully protected under the supervision of the Unit Head
