We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and play an important role in shaping how we sell, communicate and build lasting customer relationships.

The Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers looking for tyres and related automotive services.

Your job is not simply to respond to enquiries. You will understand what each customer needs, recommend the right solution, follow up confidently and close the sale.

You will own each lead from the first conversation through quotation, supplier coordination, booking and post-service follow-up. You will also maintain accurate CRM data and help us use that information to improve our sales process.

This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys speaking to people, solving problems and closing deals. It is not a script-based customer-service position.

What You Will Do

• Manage incoming enquiries from WhatsApp, phone, website and other channels.
• Speak with customers to understand their vehicle, tyre size, driving requirements, budget and urgency.
• Recommend suitable tyre options and explain the differences clearly.
• Contact suppliers to check availability, source products and negotiate pricing.
• Prepare and communicate quotations professionally.
• Follow up consistently with customers and confidently ask for the sale.
• Manage the complete B2C sales cycle for every lead.
• Coordinate bookings and ensure a smooth handover to the operations team.
• Follow up after the service to build trust, encourage reviews and create repeat customers.
• Keep every customer interaction, quotation, follow-up and outcome updated in the CRM.
• Record accurate reasons for won, lost, unqualified and pending leads.
• Maintain clean, structured data that can be analysed using AI and reporting tools.
• Help identify patterns in customer questions, objections, lost sales and product demand.
• Build and continuously improve sales scripts, quotation templates, follow-up systems and customer-service processes.
• Experiment with AI tools and automation to improve response time, organisation and conversion.
• Take ownership of customer problems and work with the team to resolve them quickly.How Success Will Be Measured

What We Are Looking For

• Strong knowledge of cars and genuine interest in the automotive industry.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or business development.
• Experience using a CRM and the discipline to keep it updated properly.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confidence communicating with customers over WhatsApp and phone.
• Comfortable following up repeatedly and closing B2C sales.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to negotiate with suppliers.
• Familiarity with AI tools, digital platforms and automation.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently, make sensible decisions and take ownership of results.
• Interest in building a long-term career with a growing company.Preferred Experience

• Previous experience with tyres, automotive parts, garages, dealerships or automotive services.
• Understanding of tyre sizes, brands, specifications and customer requirements.
• Experience handling inbound digital leads.
• Experience with WhatsApp-based sales.
• Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, reporting or sales analytics.
• Additional languages commonly spoken in the UAE would be an advantage.
