Treasury Lead

Job Summary:
The Treasury Leader is responsible for managing the company’s daily treasury operations, ensuring effective cash flow management, accurate bank reconciliations, and smooth execution of all inward and outward payments while maintaining strong communication with banks and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash balances
• Manage daily cash flow planning and liquidity requirements
• Supervise and control all inward and outward payment processes
• Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely payments and collections
• Maintain effective communication with banks and external financial institutions
• Monitor treasury activities to ensure compliance with company policies and controlsRequirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in treasury or cash management roles
• Strong understanding of banking operations and cash flow management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with ERP and banking systems is preferred
