JODAYN, a leading provider of professional training solutions, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Training Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Proactively identify and engage potential clients to promote our top-tier training programs.
⢠Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, government organizations, and individuals.
⢠Generate leads through networking, cold calls, emails, and industry events.
⢠Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
⢠Effectively negotiate pricing and contracts to drive successful deal closures.
⢠Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
⢠Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery. Requirements:
⢠Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE market, ideally in training, education, or a related industry.
⢠Preferably experienced in selling IT training programs or management courses.
⢠Candidates with strong connections in the government and banking sectors are highly preferred.
⢠Bachelorās degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
⢠Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
⢠Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
⢠Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. Benefits
