JODAYN, a leading provider of professional training solutions, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Training Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and engage potential clients to promote our top-tier training programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, government organizations, and individuals.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calls, emails, and industry events.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
• Effectively negotiate pricing and contracts to drive successful deal closures.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery. Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE market, ideally in training, education, or a related industry.
• Preferably experienced in selling IT training programs or management courses.
• Candidates with strong connections in the government and banking sectors are highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
