Training Manager-Centre of Excellence

We are currently recruiting for a Training Manager - Centre of Excellence to join our Onboarding Team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.

Scope: Manager Centre of Excellence (Training) is responsible for the operational management of the Centre of Excellence, ensuring the effective design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs aligned with Business Units and client requirements. This role combines leadership and collaborating with business units to develop training strategies, driving continuous improvement projects across our training facility coupled with hands-on oversight of day-to-day operations, aiming to empower employees with the skills and knowledge needed to exceed customer expectations and drive organisational success.

Financial:

• Optimise training resources against budgets to ensure cost-effective delivery of programs.

• Identify opportunities for indirect financial impact through improved employee performance and retention, reducing recruitment and onboarding costs.

• Oversee infrastructure upgrade budgets ensuring on time and on budget

Customer:

• Ensure training programs meet BU and client requirements, enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Act as a liaison between training centre, business units and clients to address evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Empower employees with skills that directly contribute to exceeding customer expectations and employees’ growth

Process:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the training centre, ensuring smooth scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance reporting.

• Project manage infrastructure upgrades

• Implement robust processes for gap analysis, learning needs assessment, and training evaluation.

• Maintain compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements in all training activities.

Innovation:

• Continuously reassess training delivery methods and introduce innovative approaches to improve engagement and knowledge retention.

• Collaborate with LMS and digital learning teams to develop interactive and technology-driven content.

• Benchmark against competitors and integrate best practices to keep training programs relevant and impactful.

Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training management or learning & development roles.

• Proven experience in gap analysis, learning needs assessment, and instructional design.

• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
