Role Overview
The Training Centers & Educational Consultancy Compliance Inspector will support the customer in inspections related to training centers, institutes, educational consultancy offices and admission-service providers.
The role focuses on regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, evidence verification, documentation and identification of non-compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in inspections for licence renewal and new-licence requirements.
- Review licensing and compliance documentation.
- Review previous findings and Corrective Action Plans where applicable.
- Conduct pre-visit document and evidence reviews.
- Participate in on-site inspections of training centers, institutes and consultancy offices.
- Verify compliance against applicable customer regulatory requirements.
- Review supporting documentation and institutional records.
- Identify gaps, risks and areas of non-compliance.
- Document inspection evidence accurately.
- Support preparation of clear, evidence-based findings.
- Provide input into recommendations and follow-up activities.
- Escalate serious compliance issues to the customer team.
- Maintain professional communication with inspected organizations.
- Participate in required customer briefings and calibration activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Quality Assurance, Higher Education Management, Public Policy or another relevant discipline.
- Relevant QA, audit, risk-management or accreditation training/certifications are preferred.
Required Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in one or more of:
• Regulatory inspection
• Education services
• Training providers
• Licensing and compliance
• Educational consultancy
• Quality assurance
• Institutional audits

Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Quality Assurance, Higher Education Management, Public Policy or relevant discipline

- •Proficiency in Arabic and English preferred
- •Willingness to travel between Emirates as required
