As a Training Associate, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs across the organization. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is passionate about learning and development and is eager to build a career in training and employee development.
In this role, you will:
⢠Assist in coordinating training programs aligned with business needs.
⢠Support training logistics, including scheduling sessions, sending invitations, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback.
⢠Help prepare training materials, presentations, and learning content.
⢠Maintain training records and ensure accurate documentation.
⢠Support in developing basic reports and dashboards to track training activities and effectiveness.
⢠Assist in delivering training sessions and workshops when required.
⢠Work closely with managers to support training needs and learning initiatives.
⢠Continuously learn and contribute to improving training processes and tools. Requirements
⢠Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, HR, or any related field.
⢠Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in training, HR, or administration.
⢠Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
⢠Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint is a plus).
⢠Interest in training, learning, and development.
⢠Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
⢠Confident and willing to learn presentation and facilitation skills.
