Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative, passionate, and experienced Therapist to deliver exceptional spa and wellness treatments at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq.

Reporting directly to the Spa & Wellness Manager, the Therapist is responsible for providing high-quality treatments and therapies, ensuring exceptional guest care, consistency, professionalism, and alignment with the holistic spirit of Our Habitas. This role supports the delivery of personalized wellness experiences, maintains the highest standards of hygiene and safety, and contributes to creating meaningful, transformative guest journeys.

The Therapist will deliver treatments in accordance with established protocols, brand standards, and guest expectations, while promoting relaxation, healing, and wellbeing. Working closely with the spa and wellness team, the Therapist helps create destination-led experiences that reflect local traditions, natural healing techniques, and sustainable wellness practices.

This position requires a hands-on wellness professional who thrives in a luxury resort environment, demonstrates strong technical and interpersonal skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through healing, care, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of spa and wellness treatments in line with established protocols and brand standards, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Deliver personalized treatments based on guest needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
• Maintain a calm, professional, and welcoming environment for all guests throughout their spa journey.
• Ensure all treatments are performed safely, hygienically, and in compliance with spa industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service, ensuring cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness at all times.
• Recommend appropriate treatments, wellness programs, and retail products to enhance guest wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and communicate guest feedback or concerns to the Spa & Wellness Manager.
• Support the smooth flow of daily spa operations, including scheduling and guest coordination when required.
• Stay updated on new therapies, techniques, and wellness trends to continuously enhance service quality.
• Work collaboratively with the spa and wellness team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, appearance, and guest care at all times.
• Foster a culture of healing, mindfulness, teamwork, and excellence within the spa environment.Who You Are

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end spa environment.
• Professional certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Aesthetics, or related wellness field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, massage techniques, and wellness therapies.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and spa industry standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
• Passion for wellness, healing, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality.
