Your Day to Day in a Nutshell

As our Telephone Operator, you will be the voice of the hotel, creating memorable first impressions with every call. You will handle internal and external calls with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Whether assisting with guest requests, providing information about the hotel and local neighbourhood, connecting callers to the right department, or responding to inquiries with confidence, you will deliver service that is both seamless and personal.

You will play an important role in keeping communication flowing across the hotel, working closely with other departments to ensure guest requests are followed through promptly and accurately. You will handle emergency procedures in line with hotel standards, maintain accurate records of guest requests, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality.

What We Need from You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a telephone operator role, within hospitality.

You should have excellent communication skills, a calm and positive approach, and the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities with confidence. A naturally warm personality, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences are essential. Knowledge of Opera PMS is an advantage.
