Overview of the Role
We are looking for a skilled Technician to join our Service Department in Qatar. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality service and repairs on customer vehicles, ensuring dealer standards are met and contributing to workshop revenue through technical efficiency and productivity.

What You Will Do
•    Execute service and repair jobs promptly as per the repair order and schedule.
•    Diagnose and troubleshoot issues accurately to ensure “Fix it Right First Time.”
•    Maintain tools, equipment, and work bays in line with company standards.
•    Prepare repair estimates and report additional jobs with cost implications.
•    Complete required training and certifications, including annual skills contests.
•    Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and report incidents promptly.
•    Participate in workshop meetings and adhere to standard operating procedures.

Required Skills to Be Successful
•    ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
•    2–3 years of experience as a Technician in an automotive dealership.
•    Strong technical skills in automotive repair and diagnostics.
•    Ability to handle special tools and equipment safely and effectively.
•    Basic PC skills and familiarity with workshop manuals and wiring diagrams.
