1. Job Summary
Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of Direct Expansion (DX) air conditioning systems across assigned facilities, ensuring reliable performance and minimal downtime.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Perform PPM and breakdown maintenance of DX units (split, ducted, package, rooftop, VRF/VRV)
- Diagnose faults in refrigeration and electrical systems and carry out repairs
- Handle refrigerant charging, leak testing, and system commissioning
- Maintain compressors, coils, fans, and control systems
- Attend emergency calls and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain service reports, checklists, and logs
- Follow HSE procedures and safe work practices 3. Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in DX systems (FM/AMC preferred)
- UAE/GCC experience preferred 6. Skills Required
- Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
- Knowledge of refrigeration cycle and HVAC systems
- Basic electrical and control system understanding
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
