Technical Trainer - RIGGING/ OPERATIONS

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer - Rigging and Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive training programs focused on rigging techniques, safety procedures, and operational best practices to ensure personnel are well-equipped for their roles.

This role involves the preparation, delivery, and evaluation of training sessions designed to enhance the skills and safety awareness of trainees involved in rigging and operations within construction, oil and gas, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training courses on rigging and operational procedures
• Create and maintain up-to-date training materials aligned with industry standards and safety regulations
• Assess trainee competencies and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote best practices in all training activities
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to tailor training programs to specific operational requirementsRequirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in a training role
• Strong knowledge of rigging practices, safety regulations, and operational procedures
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or EPC sectors is highly desirable
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Certifications related to rigging and safety training (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent) are preferred
• Ability to conduct competency-based assessments and deliver engaging training sessions
