Technical Trainer 1

As a Technical Trainer 1, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that cover specific technical skills and knowledge necessary for our workforce. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that the training content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver effective technical training programs to employees.
• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps through consultations and evaluations.
• Create instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
• Facilitate training sessions using various methodologies to engage participants effectively.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve training programs.
• Mentor participants and offer guidance to ensure knowledge retention and application.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports for management analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in training technologies. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical training role.
• Strong technical background in relevant fields, such as engineering, IT, or specialized technical skills.
• Experience in instructional design and the development of training materials.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using training management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to assess training needs and adapt programs accordingly.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• A proactive approach to learning and development.
