Technical Engineer

Alomar Holding Company, a leading diversified investment group in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Technical Engineer to join its real estate development division in Riyadh. Key responsibilities include:

• Review and prepare technical drawings to ensure readiness for execution.
• Manage and follow up on RFIs with consultants to resolve design queries efficiently.
• Coordinate between architectural, civil, and MEP disciplines for integrated project delivery.
• Support site teams by resolving technical issues promptly and minimizing project delays.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards through diligent drawing reviews.
• Facilitate communication between design consultants, contractors, and site teams to address technical challenges.Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a technical engineer in construction projects
• Experience reviewing and coordinating multidisciplinary drawings (Architectural, Civil, MEP)
• Experience managing and closing RFIs with design consultants
• Experience reviewing shop drawings for construction execution
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project
• Basic-to-intermediate BIM coordination experience, including reviewing models to identify clashes
• Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on clash detection using Navisworks
• Experience working on residential building construction projects
