For this role, you will be based in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia, with 20% expected travel time.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
⢠Promotes Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts. Ā
⢠Develops, builds, and strengthens long-term relationships with stakeholders. Partners with physicians and hospital personnel on products and solutions.
⢠Supports technical/clinical needs at hospital including but not limited to therapy indications, pre-procedure planning, intra-operative support, and post-implant patient management.
⢠Provides technical expertise through presentations and product demonstrations.Ā
⢠Conducts on-site education and consulting, as well as supporting the establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.Ā
⢠Provides on-call support as needed.Ā
⢠Travels to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings. Ā While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.Ā
⢠Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders.Ā
⢠Works closely with commercial organization to recommend enhancements in sales processes, product launches, and optimize clinical support pathway.Ā
⢠Ongoing technical development by staying up to date on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings.Ā
⢠Involvement in cross functional assignments. Required Knowledge and Experience:
⢠Bachelorās degree
⢠4 yearsā experience in the medical device industry and/or working in hospital environment
⢠Deep understanding of pain management and neuromodulation therapies
⢠Experience with supporting neuromodulation and neurosurgery procedures
⢠Familiar with OT environment: Ā sterilization and radiation protocolsĀ
⢠Familiar with current products and technologies and market trendsĀ
⢠Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnelNice-to-have qualifications include familiarity with radiology protocols and imaging technology, along with a thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry. Candidates with prior hospital or clinic experience are preferred. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate the ability to coordinate and participate in multiple tasks or projects within a fast-paced environment, maintaining strong organization while consistently meeting deadlines.

Requirements
