The Talent Management Manager plays a critical role in shaping the workforce and enhancing the talent pipeline within the Emirates Investment Authority. This position is responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with the organization's goals and support the growth and development of UAE Nationals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational capability.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development that supports employee engagement and growth.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies related to talent management and workforce development. Requirements
• Must be UAE National.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent management or human resources, with a focus on UAE Nationals development.
• Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Proven analytical skills to evaluate data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
