Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding coordination. The role focuses on attracting high-quality talent aligned with organizational objectives while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (white collar and/or blue collar).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
• Develop job descriptions in line with business needs.
• Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, Indeed), recruitment agencies, and direct sourcing.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Screening & Interview Coordination
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare interview evaluation forms and collect feedback.
• Conduct reference checks when required.
Offer & Onboarding
• Facilitate salary discussions and manage offer negotiations.
• Prepare and issue offer letters in coordination with HR/Admin.
• Follow up on documentation requirements (visa, passport copy, certificates, etc.).
• Support onboarding process and ensure smooth candidate transition.
Recruitment Reporting & Compliance
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports (pipeline status, time-to-hire, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
• Support Emiratization initiatives when applicable.
Employer Branding
• Promote company culture and values during the recruitment process.
• Support LinkedIn employer branding and job advertisements.
• Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions. Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Experience in high-volume recruitment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor market and visa processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (M365 preferred).
• Experience using HRIS or ATS systems is an advantage.
